Ok, so today’s been a bit of a blogging overload, but it makes up for the past few weeks.
Saw this really pretty picture, and it made me think of Christmas and this song – LOVE Coldplay.

This is off of the Free Downloads from iTunes this week:
“I will let you be
Why can’t you believe
How much you really mean”
One of the best things about going home is listening to the radio. Especially when I’m driving in the car – perfect time to jam awy haha. One I heard tonight:
One of my favorite C-pop songs ever.
The song was inspired by the Ang Lee movie “Lust Caution,” and the title, 落叶归根, is a Chinese idiom translated as “falling leaf returns to root.”
Youtube the music video, it’s pretty cheesy: young boy is a violin prodigy who plays for audiences on the street. Little boy meets little girl who hands him a pretty leaf and then leaves without a word…until, years later, they find each other again. But then, when she has to say goodbye, I think she gets hit by a car…?! The music video is deliberately vague, but anyway, it’s really beautiful music.
我的爱像落叶归根
家唯独在你身边
This song was featured in the “Where the Wild Things Are” trailer. Love the sound.
Maybe it’s the cold weather, but I can’t wait to see this movie again this Christmas.
Enjoy the climactic orchestral music below

This one is perfect timed to Hugh Grant’s awesome Prime Minister speech:
General Love theme:
Unbelievably pretty. Music from scenes of Colin Firth’s love affair with the Portuguese girl:
OK. I held out on posting this for a few days. But I can’t help myself anymore. It’s just too exciting.
David Guetta also did “I Gotta Feeling” by Black Eyed Peas. Such good pick-me-up music.
Ahh, love this song. Michael Buble is, in general, A-MAZE-ING. New album released just last week.
“we are stronger here together, than we could ever be alone…”
…sort of…
btw – the featured music group She and Him is a duo which includes Zooey Deschanel on vocals.
